Gunfire reported near PM Oli’s Balkot residence



KATHMANDU: Police has opened fire near the Balkot residence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Bhaktapur on Tuesday after protesters attempted to attack the compound.

One demonstrator was injured in the police shooting and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
