Gold price sets new record in Nepal



KATHMANDU: The price of gold reached an all-time high on Sunday (September 7), hitting Rs 212,000 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold, Silver, Gems and Jewellery Associations, the price of gold rose by Rs 1,600 compared to Friday, when it was traded at Rs 210,400 per tola.

The price of silver has also seen a slight increase. It rose by Rs 10 per tola, from Rs 2,490 on Friday to Rs 2,500 on Sunday, according to the Federation.
