Four companies blacklisted for unsatisfactory performance



KATHMANDU: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted four companies for one year due to unsatisfactory performance.

According to a notice issued by the office today, the blacklisted firms are Green Leaf Pvt. Ltd. of Kathmandu; Shivam Construction of Dhanusha; D.G. Eagle Construction of Kathmandu; and Thomas Construction and Suppliers of Sunsari.

The office stated that these companies failed to deliver work satisfactorily and, as a result, are barred from participating in any public procurement processes during the blacklisting period.

Green Leaf Pvt. Ltd. was recommended for blacklisting by the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Sunsari, while Shivam Construction was recommended by the Gaushala Municipality Office in Mahottari.

Similarly, the D.G. Eagle Construction was blacklisted following a recommendation from the Federal Road Supervision and Monitoring Office in Rautahat, and Thomas Construction and Suppliers were blacklisted on the recommendation of the Urban Development and Building Office in Biratnagar.
