Bhairahawa Customs collects Rs 27.75 billion in first three months of fiscal year



BUTWAL: Bhairahawa Customs Office has collected a total of Rs 27.75 billion in revenue during the first three months of the current fiscal year.

According to Customs Officer Santosh Kumar Neupane, the office collected Rs 9.29 billion in Shrawan, Rs 9.70 billion in Bhadra, and Rs 9.28 billion in Asoj.

The Customs Office had been providing services from a temporary tarpaulin setup after being damaged by arson and vandalism during the Gen-Z movement.

Despite the disruption, the office has maintained steady revenue collection, reflecting the recovery and resilience of operations following the unrest.
