Earthquake of magnitude 4.5 jolts Myagdi



KATHMANDU: An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale struck Nepal’s Myagdi district on Tuesday afternoon, with its epicenter recorded near Gurjakhani.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre (NEMRC) in Lainchaur, the tremor occurred at 1:03 PM local time.

The seismic event was relatively moderate in intensity, and there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
