NEPSE down by 5.99 points



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 5.99 points on Thursday, closing the day on a bearish note despite a high turnover.

The total trading volume for the day stood at around Rs 7.97 billion.

Out of the actively traded companies, 153 saw their share prices decline, while 94 companies recorded gains.

The share price of one company remained unchanged.
