Prime Minister Oli congratulates national cricket team on League-2 victory



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli has extended his congratulations to the national cricket team for their victory in the ICC World Cup League-2 ODI series.

Taking to social media, Prime Minister Oli praised the players for their performance and boosted their morale following Nepal’s win against the Netherlands in the match held in Scotland last night.

With this win, Nepal secured their second consecutive victory in the ongoing triangular series.

Nepal defeated the Netherlands by five wickets in the second match, after narrowly beating Scotland by one wicket in the opening match of the series.
