KATHMANDU: The Nepali national women’s cricket team will play the second match of the T20 series against Malaysia today.
Nepal, which lost the first match by three runs on Thursday, is set to take the field again on Saturday. The match will begin at 10:15 AM (Nepali time) at the Bayuemas Oval in Malaysia.
In the first match, played at the same venue, Nepal was chasing a target of 105 runs but fell short by three runs, finishing at 101 for 5 in the allotted 20 overs.
According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), Nepal will play a total of five T20 matches in this international series against Malaysia.
The Nepali squad, led by captain Indu Barma, had also played a few practice matches in Malaysia ahead of the series.
