KP Oli Cup: Machhindra and Tribhuvan Army to clash for title



KATHMANDU: Machhindra Club and Tribhuvan Army Club are competing for the title in the KP Oli Cup Championship football tournament today.

The match is set to kick off at 5:30 pm at the Dashrath Stadium in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

Machhindra Club advanced to the final after defeating host KP Oli FC in the semi-finals, while Tribhuvan Army reached the final by overcoming Sankata.

The winner of the 9-team tournament will receive a prize of NPR 1,511,111, while the runner-up will be awarded NPR 500,000.

Additionally, FIFA World Cup winner and former Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has arrived in Nepal to watch the final match.
