NEPSE dips slightly by 0.53 points; turnover reaches Rs 4.48 billion



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell by a marginal 0.53 points on Tuesday, closing at 2,644.70 points. Despite the slight decline, the market recorded a substantial turnover of Rs 4.48 billion.

According to NEPSE, out of the total companies traded today, share prices of 125 companies increased, while 119 saw a decline. Likewise, 13 companies witnessed no change in their share prices.

Although the NEPSE index inched down, the majority of sectoral sub-indices remained positive, indicating broad market strength despite the slight correction.
