Floodlight installation underway at TU Cricket Ground



KATHMANDU: Installation of floodlights is progressing rapidly at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

The first phase of work around the ground involves setting up six floodlight poles, four of which have already been installed, while the remaining two are expected to be completed today and tomorrow.

Following the completion of the pole installation, the construction company plans to switch on the lights by Tihar. The floodlight project has been awarded to Bishan-Ishwari Joint Venture for a contract amount of Rs 110  27.4 million.
