Nepal’s Germany ambassador to also cover Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Czech Republic



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Nepal’s ambassador to Germany, Dr. Shail Rupakheti, as the non-resident ambassador to Ukraine, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.

According to the Office of the President, this appointment was made under Article 282, Clause 1 of the Constitution of Nepal.

Dr. Rupukheti, already serving as the resident ambassador to Germany, will now also represent Nepal in these three additional countries in a non-residential capacity.
