KATHMANDU: Former CPN-UML Vice Chair Bhim Rawal, who was recently expelled from the party, has revealed that his repeated attempts to communicate with party chair KP Sharma Oli were unsuccessful.

Speaking at a press conference in Babarmahal, Rawal stated that despite his efforts to engage in dialogue, Oli did not respond.

“My 51 years of political life were taken away. Those who destroyed the UML were embraced, while those committed to integrity were expelled. I was treated with hostility,” Rawal said.

He further disclosed that although a meeting was scheduled for Kartik 13, it never took place. “I made several calls, but Oli did not answer. Despite repeated attempts, I couldn’t speak with him,” he added.
