Warm-up match between Nepal and USA canceled due to rain

KATHMANDU: The warm-up match between Nepal and the USA has been canceled due to rain.

After the USA won the toss and elected to bat in the last warm-up match before the ICC T20 World Cup, Nepal was ready to field.

However, before the start of the match, heavy rain at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas, USA, led to its cancellation.

The USA was unable to play both of their warm-up games due to rain. Nepal had played their first warm-up match against Canada.

The ICC arranged two warm-up matches for all the teams participating in the World Cup.

Accordingly, Nepal played their first warm-up match against Canada, where they were defeated by 63 runs.

The USA did not get to play their first warm-up match either.

The warm-up match against Bangladesh scheduled for Tuesday was canceled due to bad weather.
