Praveen Pandak appointed CEO of CDS and Clearing Limited



KATHMANDU: Praveen Pandak has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC).

Her appointment was finalized during a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Sunday, according to CDSC spokesperson Suresh Neupane.

Pandak, a gold medalist in law, holds degrees in both law and management.

She began her career at the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) in 2007.

Although appointed, Pandak is yet to assume her new position as the head of CDSC.
