KMC arranges live screenings for fans missing out on SAFF final tickets

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) has said the public that arrangements have been made for viewing the SAFF Women’s Championship final in three locations for spectators who did not secure tickets.

As ticket sales began Wednesday morning, many fans expressed disappointment.

In response, the KMC has organized live viewing at Tundikhel, Sano Gaucharan, and Siphal.

Mayor Shah urged ticket holders to attend the stadium and support the Nepali team, while encouraging those without tickets to gather and collectively cheer for Nepal.

The match features the home team, Nepal, competing against former champions Bangladesh for the title in the seventh edition of the SAFF Women’s Championship.

The game will be held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar and is set to kick off at 6:30 pm today.
