PM Oli directs Telecom to enhance service quality

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) KP Oli has instructed Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (Nepal Telecom) to improve the quality of its services.

During a meeting with the Telecom team at the Prime Minister’s Office, where they reported on the assistance contributed to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, he emphasized the need for dedicated efforts to serve the public effectively.

The Prime Minister assured that the government would provide support for equipment and technology if needed and urged the organization to uphold its reputation as a national asset.

Minister for Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung and Ministry Secretary Radhika Aryal were also present at the meeting.

Telecom’s Managing Director, Sangita Aryal, announced that Rs 10.27 million has been deposited into the fund.
