Nepal’s Palesha Goverdhan advances to quarterfinals in Paris Paralympics Taekwondo

KATHMANDU: In the ongoing Paris Paralympics, Nepal’s Taekwondo player, Palesha Goverdhan, has advanced to the quarterfinals.

On Friday, Goverdhan defeated Valeria Morales of Venezuela with a decisive score of 31-0 in the Women’s K44 -57kg category.

She will face Silvana Mayara of Brazil later today.
