KATHMANDU: Muna Pandey, a Nepali student who was killed in Houston, Texas, has been identified as having been murdered during a robbery.
Court documents have disclosed that the attack was a deliberate act of murder.
According to the statements of 51-year-old Bobby Singh Shah, who was arrested on Wednesday, the killing was intentional.
Singh is now facing murder charges in the 262nd State District Court.
Reports indicate that Singh, a known repeat offender with a history of incarceration, has been previously jailed multiple times for various crimes.
