15 injured in UML victory rally pickup van accident in Ilam

ILAM: 15 people sustained injuries in an accident involving a pickup van carrying participants returning from the CPN-UML’s victory parade in Ilam on Tuesday.

According to Dinesh Dhakal, a youth leader of the UML, some of the injured ones are in critical condition.

The accident took place near Biblate Bazaar in Ilam-5.

Earlier, UML Chairman KP Oli had visited Ilam to address the victory rally and congratulate the newly elected lawmaker, Suhang Nembang.

The injured are currently receiving treatment in hospitals located in Ilam Bazaar.
