Two dead, 25 injured in Bara bus accident



KATHMANDU: A bus traveling from Tulsipur, Dang, to Nepalgunj met with an accident in Ganapur on Thursday.

The bus (Bhe 1 Kha 2128) lost control on the Kohalpur-Nepalgunj road section, resulting in the death of two passengers and injuries to 25 others.

According to the District Police Office, Banke, 21 of the injured are currently receiving treatment at Bheri Hospital, while four others are being treated at Nepalgunj Medical College.

The bus also collided with a motorcycle during the accident.

Further details are awaited as the investigation continues.
