KATHMANDU: The task force on Transitional Justice (TJ) is taking place at 8:00 a.m. at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singha Durbar, according to the Secretariat of Home Minister, Ramesh Lekhak.

The meeting follows Friday’s discussion, which reportedly reached a theoretical consensus on the contentious aspects of the transitional justice bill.

The task force includes Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak from the Nepali Congress, Mahesh Bartaula from the CPN-UML, and Janardan Sharma from the Maoist Centre.

Today’s meeting aims to finalize the transitional justice bill after the theoretical agreement and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
