Dang bus mishap: 25 pilgrims traveling to Swargadwari injured

DANG: Twenty-five passengers were injured when a bus heading to Lamahi from Koilabas, Dang, met with an accident on Wednesday.

According to the Area Police Office in Gadhawa, Dang, all the injured are in stable condition.

The bus veered off the road into a nearby ditch. Preliminary investigations suggest that brake failure was the primary cause of the accident, the police said.

Many of the injured were pilgrims en route to visit Swargadwari, Pyuthan.

The injured are undergoing treatment at Lamahi Hospital.
