51 people die in road accidents in Parsa in one year



PARSA: As many as 51 individuals lost their lives in road accidents in Parsa in the last one year.

This includes 43 men and eight women.

District Traffic Police Office Inspector Bhaskar Khatiwada stated that the number of traffic accident fatalities in Parsa has increased by one-third in 2023/24 compared to the previous year.

In the year 2022/23, there were 39 fatalities, consisting of 29 men, five women, and five children.

Inspector Khatiwada also noted a rise in the total number of vehicle accidents, with 796 reported in 2021/22 compared to 498 in 202-/21.
