Parliament meeting to unveil budget postponed to 3 PM



KATHMANDU: The parliamentary meeting summoned to unveil the budget for the fiscal year 2024/25 has been postponed to 3 PM today.

The meeting was initially scheduled for 1 PM.

According to a notice issued by the parliament secretariat, the rescheduling was done on the recommendation of the government.

The government-prepared budget for the upcoming fiscal year is expected to total around Rs. 2 trillion.
