KATHMANDU: Nepal and West Indies ‘A’ are currently facing off in the second T20 cricket match in Kirtipur today.

After winning the toss, the visiting team opted to bat first, allowing Nepal the opportunity to bowl first.

In an impressive display during the initial six overs, Nepal managed to take two wickets, with Sagar Dhakal accounting for both of them.

During the powerplay, West Indies ‘A’ scored 39 runs while losing two wickets.

Johnson Charles contributed 11 runs to the scoreboard, while Alick Athanaze added six runs before being dismissed.

Nepal, buoyed by their victorious performance in the previous match at the TU International Cricket Ground, approaches today’s game with high spirits.
