Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa to embark on Nepal visit next week

KATHMANDU: The Foreign Minister of Japan, Yoko Kamikawa, is scheduled to visit Nepal next week, as confirmed by the Japanese Foreign Ministry on Saturday.

Minister Kamikawa stated in a press conference that her visit aims to “engage in diplomacy that serves as a bridge between the Global South and like-minded countries, including the Group of Seven nations.”

Her itinerary includes visits to Madagascar, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, France, Sri Lanka, and Nepal from April 26 to May 6.
