Rajendra Mahato reaches Maitighar Mandala to defy ‘prohibited area’ decree

KATHMANDU: On Wednesday, Rajendra Mahato, former Minister and leader of the National Liberation Movement (NLM), spearheaded a group’s attempt to breach the ‘prohibited area’ at Maitighar.

Mahato had declared his departure from the Loktantrik Samajbadi Party (LSP) and announced his joining of the NLM on Monday.

Accompanied by a group of people, he arrived at Maitighar Mandala on Wednesday afternoon, carrying banners urging to breach the prohibition.
