KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecast Division has reported a partial influence of local and westerly winds, along with a low-pressure area near Odisha, India.
According to the Division, the weather is partly to mostly cloudy in the mountainous regions, including the Koshi and Madhesh provinces, while the rest of the provinces experience mostly clear skies.
In the afternoon, conditions will remain predominantly clear, with some partly cloudy weather in the hilly areas, particularly in Koshi and Bagmati provinces.
Light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is possible in one or two locations within the hilly regions.
Tonight, the weather will continue to be mostly clear in the hilly parts of the country, with partial cloud cover in other areas.
Light rain with thunder and lightning may occur in a few places in the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
