Govt opens 21-day window for startup loan proposals



KATHMANDU: The government has sought project proposals for startup enterprise loans via the Industrial Enterprise Development Institute (IEDI).

According to a notice released today, the IEDI has requested eligible entrepreneurs to submit their proposals within the next 21 days.

In line with Section 4 of the Startup Enterprise Loan Operation Procedure, 2081, the IEDI has specified that entrepreneurs who meet the qualifications detailed in Schedule 1 and are interested in obtaining a startup enterprise loan based on innovative ideas, expertise, and skills must present their proposals following the format outlined in Schedule 3.
