West Indies ‘A’ sets 205-run target for Nepal in inaugural T20 match



KATHMANDU: In the inaugural T20 match played at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, West Indies ‘A’ has posted a formidable target of 205 runs for Nepal to chase.

Winning the toss, Nepal opted to bowl first.

West Indies ‘A’ took to the crease initially and managed to score 204 runs, losing five wickets within the allocated 20 overs.

Roston Chase led the visitors with a contribution of 74 runs, complemented by Alick Athanaze with 47 runs and Keacy Carty with 38 runs.

On the bowling front, Kamal Singh Airee, Dipendra Singh Airee, Rohit Poudel, and Abinash Bohara each claimed a wicket for Nepal.
