15 kg hashish recovered from TIA



KATHMANDU: Police have seized 15 kg of hashish, an illegal drug, from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

The hashish being taken abroad was seized on Tuesday and made public today.

Central Police Spokesperson Bhim Prasad Dhakal said that the hashish was hidden inside the photo frames being sent to London via Qatar Air.

According to him, the seized substance has been sent to the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police, Koteshwor for further investigation.
