KATHMANDU: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted 23 manufacturing companies and suppliers involved in construction projects.

Following recommendations from several public bodies, the office has sanctioned these 23 builders and suppliers due to their failure to adhere to project timelines post-contract acquisition.

Several of these construction companies face a three-year ban as a consequence of their actions.

Among those affected, Dipayal’s IS Construction Pvt Ltd has been singled out for a three-year blacklist by the office, following a recommendation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law of the Sudurpaschim Province Government.
