Government committed to removing despair: Minister Bhandari

KATHMANDU: Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supplies Damodar Bhandari has affirmed the government’s commitment to alleviating public frustration by tackling issues such as economic recession, trade deficit, and challenges within the industry and business sectors.

Speaking at the 15th General Meeting of Sudurpaschim Samaj held today in Kathmandu, Minister Bhandari emphasized that the current government is dedicated to addressing the nation’s challenges and fostering hope among its citizens.

“I have focused on developing entrepreneurship and the industrial sector,” he stated, noting that the present government, formed under special circumstances, is taking on the responsibility of resolving national issues.

He also highlighted the importance of promoting Gaura, the traditional festival of the Sudurpaschim, to an international audience.
