Lumbini Chief Minister calls for transparency in planning to eliminate irregularities



KATHMANDU: Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chet Narayan Acharya, emphasized the need for transparency in the selection and implementation of plans to eliminate irregularities.

Speaking at the annual review program in Arghakhanchi, he urged that all government actions should be easily accessible to the public.

During the review, Acharya highlighted the importance of assessing past projects before initiating new plans, advocating for full utilization of the current year’s allocated budget.

He assured that the provincial government would play a role in policy reforms to make the work of the district coordination committee effective.
