Umesh Shrestha appointed as NC Treasurer



KATHMANDU: Umesh Shrestha has been appointed as the treasurer of the Nepali Congress by party President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Sunday.

Shrestha, a businessman, is a central member of the Nepali Congress.

He contested the 2079 BS House of Representatives election from Chitwan-2, where Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), emerged victorious.
