One nabbed with counterfeit currency in Lalitpur

KATHMANDU: Police have apprehended a young man with counterfeit currency in Lalitpur.

The arrested individual, identified as an 18-year-old resident of Lalitpur-10, was caught with counterfeit currency notes.

According to Lalitpur District Police Range, the police confiscated five counterfeit notes of Rs. 1000 from the suspect.

Further investigation into the matter is ongoing.
