Charges filed against SP Sahu for using fake educational documents



KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed charges against Bir Singh Sahu, the former Superintendent of the Armed Police Force at Nepal’s 43 Reserve Battalion Headquarters in Banbehda, Kailali.

Sahu is accused of securing his position by submitting a fraudulent bachelor’s degree certificate.

The CIAA has submitted a chargesheet to the Special Court in Kathmandu, alleging that the degree certificate used by Sahu to gain promotion to the role of Police Inspector was forged.
