National Assembly meeting talking place today



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the National Assembly (NA) is taking place at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwar today.

One of the key highlights of today’s meeting is the presentation by Dilkumari Thapa Parbati, who will propose a resolution addressing the “laws required for the implementation of fundamental rights.”

Additionally, Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat is slated to present the ‘Secure Transactions (First Amendment) Bill, 2080’ for deliberation before the Assembly.

Simultaneously, Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dhanraj Gurung will present a proposal to discuss the Legislation Bill 2080 BS.
