Annual Report of Attorney General’s Office submitted to President



KATHMANDU: Attorney General Dr Dinesh Mani Pokharel has submitted the annual report of the Office of the Attorney General for the fiscal year 2079/80 to President Ram Chandra Paudel.

At a function organized at the Office of the President, Sheetal Niwas, on Tuesday, the annual report was submitted to the President.

The report stated that 2,914 out of 14,289 cases, writs and petitions filed by the Attorney General’s Office at the apex court were settled.

The success of the government side involved cases disposed of is 41.28 percent.
