Govt recommends Parliament session on Feb 5



KATHMANDU: The government, following a Council of Ministers meeting today, has proposed the convening of a session for the Federal Parliament on February 5.

The government has decided to recommend to President Ram Chandra Paudel the scheduling of a joint session for both the National Assembly and the House of Representatives at 4 o’clock on February 5.

Notably, the Budget Session of the Parliament concluded on November 2, 2023, marking this forthcoming session as a significant development in the legislative calendar.
