Complaint filed against Foreign Minister Arzu Rana at CIAA

KATHMANDU: Yubraj Safal has lodged a complaint against Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba at the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

Safal has accused Minister Rana of being involved in both the fake Bhutanese refugee scam and the Tikapur land irregularities.

He has argued that Rana should step down from her position on moral grounds until she is acquitted by the court of the charges against her.

Safal has called for an immediate investigation into Minister Rana and has demanded her resignation.

He also warned that if his complaint is not taken seriously, he will escalate the matter to the Supreme Court.
