Home Ministry initiates complaint drive against illegal land encroachment



KATHMANDU: In a proactive measure to combat the unlawful transfer of ownership and encroachment of government-owned lands, the Ministry of Home Affairs has called upon the public to lodge complaints regarding such illicit activities.

In a press statement released by the ministry, the initiative underscores the government’s commitment to curb illegal land transactions and reclaim rightful ownerships.

The ministry has further directed all District Administration Offices nationwide to actively collaborate with relevant authorities to investigate and take decisive action against individuals engaged in such activities.
