RPP-UML form alliance for NA election in Koshi



BIRATNAGAR: In the upcoming National Assembly election scheduled for January 25, the CPN-UML and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) have decided to form an alliance in Koshi province.

As per the agreement, the RPP will support UML candidate Rukmini Koirala, and reciprocally, UML will extend support to the RPP candidate Uddav Poudel.

Bhakti Prasad Sitaula, the leader of Rastriya Prajatantra Party in Koshi Province Assembly, informed that both parties have reached this decision.

In the ruling alliance, Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula and CPN-Maoist Center’s Champa Karki will jointly contest in Koshi province.
