Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Wednesday).

The value of the US dollar has decreased further today. In contrast, some currencies, such as the euro and the pound, have appreciated.

According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate for 1 US dollar is set at 133.78 rupees, while the selling rate is 134.38 rupees.

Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 US dollar was 133.90 rupees, and the selling rate was 134.50 rupees. The US dollar has continued to decline in value.

For the euro, today’s buying rate is 148.19 rupees, and the selling rate is 148.85 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 euro was 147.77 rupees, and the selling rate was 148.43 rupees.

The buying rate for 1 British pound today is 173.85 rupees, with a selling rate of 174.64 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 173.35 rupees, and the selling rate was 174.13 rupees.

For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is 90.05 rupees, and the selling rate is 90.45 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 Australian dollar was 89.64 rupees, and the selling rate was 90.04 rupees.

The buying rate for 1 Kuwaiti dinar today is 437.62 rupees, and the selling rate is 439.58 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 438.04 rupees, and the selling rate was 440.00 rupees.

For the Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is 355.00 rupees, and the selling rate is 356.59 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 355.29 rupees, and the selling rate was 356.89 rupees.
