RPP holding PP meeting today

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is holding its parliamentary party meeting today.

According to RPP Chief Whip Gyan (Gyanendra) Shahi, the meeting will be held at 12:30 noon at the PP office in Singha Durbar.

The meeting comes amid the crucial vote of confidence scheduled in the House of Representatives today, where Prime Minister KP Oli will seek validation of his leadership.

Following a decision taken in Saturday’s office bearers’ meeting, RPP has formalized its stance against giving a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Oli, a decision reiterated by Chief Whip Shahi ahead of today’s parliamentary deliberations.
