PM Dahal owns one-storey house in Chitwan



KATHMANDU: The Council of Ministers has decided to disclose the property details of the Prime Minister and Ministers.

According to the government’s announcement today, the assets of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda have been unveiled to the public.

As per the released property details, Prime Minister Dahal possesses a house with a parking area spanning 14 kathas in Ward No. 14 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City.

This property, registered in the name of his wife Sita Dahal, is identified as ancestral land.

Additionally, it has been noted that there is one block of land located in Ward No. 12 of Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality, also registered under his wife Sita Dahal’s name, obtained through inheritance shares.

Furthermore, the disclosed details indicate that PM Dahal holds 5 tolas of gold, stated to be inherited property.

Likewise, he maintains a cash balance of 2.5 million in Everest Bank, as revealed in the property statement.
