Four parliamentary committees holding meetings today



KATHMANDU: Four parliamentary committees are meeting at the Federal Parliament Secretariat building, Singha Durbar today.

The Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee will convene at 11 a.m. to discuss amendments to the School Education Bill, 2080.

At 11:30 a.m., the Legislation Management Committee will meet to review the reorganization of the Work Consultation Sub-Committee and discuss the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Bill, 2081, on a quarterly basis.

Also at 11 a.m., the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will address observations related to the National Park.

Finally, the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee will convene at 1 p.m. to engage in discussions with the policy research institute regarding the principles, policies, and responsibilities of the provincial directorate.
