KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place at the Federal Parliament building, New Baneswor today.
During today’s session, Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet is set to propose a general discussion on the agreement concerning the establishment of the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Jwala Kumari Sah is slated to present a proposal for discussing the Food Hygiene and Quality Bill, 2078, alongside the report of the Agriculture, Cooperative, and Natural Resources Committee.
Additionally, a proposal for passing the Food Hygiene and Quality Bill, 2080, will be put forth.
The meeting will also feature discussions on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the fiscal year 2081-082.
Similarly, Finance Minister Barshman Pun is slated to address queries raised by lawmakers during the ongoing discussions.
