Former DIG Chhabi Lal Joshi brought to Kathmandu for further investigation



KATHMANDU: Former DIG Chhabi lal Joshi, arrested in connection with a cooperative fraud case, has been transferred to Kathmandu for further investigation.

He was brought to Kathmandu from Pokhara on Tuesday following a warrant issued by the Kathmandu District Court.

Joshi and RSP Chair Rabi Lamichhane are under investigation on allegations of embezzling savings from Swarnalakshmi Multipurpose Cooperative, located in Kalimati, Kathmandu.
